I tried to make American food for Mark and Jen to try. I made her a homemade pineapple upside down cake and after taking it out of the oven I realized I forgot to put the brown sugar and butter in it! I am known for being a great baker & it was so embarrassing. I ended up mixing up the ingredients and adding it to the cake. It wasn't beautiful, but it sure tasted good.
