Our Record Breaking Snow is Melting!

This is the dam at Lake Coeur d'Alene releasing all of the snowmelt into the Spokane River. The lake and river have been closed to boaters due to the flooding and debri, including logs! The restrictions have been lifted, however most of us boaters are waiting for it to calm down and the debri to be clear. We are having a very gloomy June so it isn't making it too desireable to be out boating. We still have a couple more feet of snow in the mountains where skiiers were enjoying the slopes until this past week-end, again breaking all records!~ We are expecting warm and sunny weather by the middle of the month, just in time for Jen & Mark Crossley, arriving from Australia!
